Did I text you?

I was stumped.

"Does anyone know how to help Hugh nap longer than an hour at a time?"

I have written, and re-written, and re-re-written this post. I have a lot (A LOT!!) to say about babies and sleep. Let's make it short and sweet, shall we.

Hugh fell off the nap train.

Liz, you were an answer to my prayers. Hugh had 3 very peaceful 2 hour long naps yesterday. In his bed. No crying. Poor thing, must have been exhausted!!

I put him to bed before 9 PM. When he woke up this morning, and I rolled over to look at the clock, my heart exploded with appreciation when I clearly read 9:07 AM.

I did a happy dance.

Oh sister, sister!!! You are so wise. I LOOOOOVE YOU.

My baby is back!

Two words: Gastroesophageal Reflux
Who knew it effected sleep??

  7. Hey, this is Kendra's sister (Julie) and my little baby is 2 months old. Just curious what you did to help him sleep. My little baby will only sleep 2 hours at the most... I would love to hear how you did it. Juliembarnes@gmail.com
