I was very upset with you for closing your online store. I don't know why you did this, and at the time, you obviously did not care about my thoughts, feelings, or concerns. I want you to know this hurt me, and really strained our relationship for a while. You know how I feel about online shopping! But last week, I ventured out, and after visiting with you for a while I realized that we had a great relationship, and I'm ready to push the reset button.

I'm sorry for all those mean things that I said about you, and I hope you can forgive me. I know that things will never be the same (unless you decide to bring back your online shopping), but I think we still have many years ahead of us, and I don't want to throw what we had down the drain.

Thank you for all you are. Here's to many more years of you not letting me down!

P.S. I think you and Anthropologie make a great team. You really accentuate each others strong points. I hope we can always be a happy three some. Best friends for life.
