My best friends wedding

A week after we got back from our Christmas stint off island for three weeks, I took off for another week to go to my dearest Hanna's wedding...without Chris. She, of course, was the perfect, beautiful bride. Her husband Cody, rocks our socks. Chris and I love him as our very own... (very own what?? I don't know...) Whatever. Moving on.

Her sealing was awesome. It was preformed by my favorite sealer to date (are you allowed to have favorite sealers??), including my own. Our friends Tyler and Katie McBride were sealed by the same man a couple years back, and it stuck out so much in my mind that of course I remembered him again when he started talking. What my favorite thing he said, you may ask?

I AM HAPPY TO ANNOUNCE THAT YOU WILL HAVE MANY TRIALS AND HEART BREAKS! BUT YOU ARE SEALED TOGETHER, AND THAT MEANS THAT HEAVENLY FATHER WILL ALWAYS TAKE CARE OF YOU IF YOU HEED TO HIM AND REMEMBER YOUR CONVENANTS.

Who knows why, but I thought that rocked. How true is that statement? To say that life will be blissful and pure joy, would be such a let down. I love the truth in it. The beautiful truth! That you can love eachother, even through the trials! Not that your love will cause you to have no trials. You go Mr. Sealer! You go.
